Been a Good Home
Been a good home. I like the neighborhood, it’s a convenient location. Apartment has been quiet. Gym is nice, private garden... in back is really good hangout spot. Maintenance guys are cool. Manager Chelsy actually cares about the residents!Read More about Been a Good Home

Incredible place! I looked and looked for a place and struck gold with this one. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and... prompt with all issues. Maintenance is great to deal with and issues resolved within 24 hours. Apartments, building and grounds well maintained. Has 3 rooftop lounge areas and can see Mt. Rainier and part of Cascade Range from them. Across street from Burke-Gilman Trail and block away from Ravenna Park and UVillage Shops. Can't saw enough about how wonderful it is to live here!Read More about Incredible Place!
