Packages are delivered to the on-site Amazon Hub lockers for convenient access 24/7. Over-sized and overflow items are held in the office for 72 hours.

Leasing Types

Our apartment homes are not furnished, but we do work with a variety of partners to conveniently assist with furnishing your home.

The Corydon has studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom apartments in addition to 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom townhomes.

Resident Services

Maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through the resident portal and will be addressed by our maintenance team in less than 24 hours.

If you are locked out during business hours, contact the office and after hours*, call the emergency maintenance phone number.

Admin

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all homes. We partner with Foxen to provide an easy, comprehensive option for renter’s insurance.

Good friends make great neighbors! The Corydon does offer a resident referral bonus – contact the office for details.
