Packages are delivered to the on-site Amazon Hub lockers for convenient access 24/7. Over-sized and overflow items are held in the office for 72 hours.

The Corydon offers easy access to the Link Light Rail, King County Metro, Interstate 5, and Washington 520.
The Corydon is conveniently located near University Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. Take an easy walk along the Burke-Gilman Trail or walk across the street to Ravenna Park. Find shopping and dining just a short walk away at University Village.
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is only a 30 minute (18 miles) ride from The Corydon Apartments.
Leasing Types
Our apartment homes are not furnished, but we do work with a variety of partners to conveniently assist with furnishing your home.

The Corydon has studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom apartments in addition to 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom townhomes.
Resident Services
Maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through the resident portal and will be addressed by our maintenance team in less than 24 hours.
If you are locked out during business hours, contact the office and after hours*, call the emergency maintenance phone number.
