Apartments in 98015

The studios cover up to 505 square feet and are perfect if you want a functional and easy to maintain space. For a better-divided home, you can opt for the one-bedroom designs ranging 830 square feet. However, if you need more elbow room, you can pick one of our two-bedroom floor plans, which can go up to 1,124 square feet. Plus, our one and two-bedrooms also come in townhome option so you can have as much privacy as you need. No matter what type of home you choose, all of them feature tall ceilings, fully equipped kitchens with select appliances, washers and dryers, and, in some cases, bay windows, breakfast bars, or floor-to-ceiling windows.

There’s also plenty to do outside your new apartment in Seattle, and we’re not just talking about how close you are to the U-Village Shopping Center. On our pet-friendly grounds, you will find a rooftop deck with BBQ, theater room, and a fitness center, plus other sought-after conveniences like package lockers, garage parking, bike racks, and a business center.
